Judo, "the gentle way", is an ancient Japanese art of self defense. It incorporates grappling, throws, chokes, and arm & wrist locks. It is practiced the world over. It has been a world-wide sanctioned Olympic Sport for 50 years.

Judo is a method of using an opponent's strength to your benefit and overcoming him using skill and technique.  

National Sport Judo is an organization dedicated to the learning, practice and promotion of Judo. We encourage people of all ages to become involved in the sport and enjoy its many benefits.
